Venota offers flexible payment options for all service categories:
Online Prepayment
Pay securely online when booking any service - from beauty treatments to home cleaning, dental appointments to fitness sessions
Cash Payment
Pay directly to the service provider at the time of service delivery for all service categories
Note: This refund policy applies only to online prepayments made through the Venota platform for all service categories. Cash payments made directly to service providers are subject to the individual provider's refund policy.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are eligible for a full refund of your prepayment for all service categories in the following situations:
User-Initiated Cancellations
- You cancel your booking according to the cancellation policy (applies to all services: beauty, health, home services, etc.)
- You provide adequate notice as specified by the service provider
- The cancellation is made through the Venota platform or by contacting our support team
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
- The service provider cancels your booking for any reason (beauty salon, dental clinic, gym, cleaning service, etc.)
- The service provider is unable to provide the booked service
- The service provider fails to show up for the appointment
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent the service provider from delivering the service
Service-Specific Scenarios
Home Services
- Cleaning, pest control, or repair services cannot access the property
- Weather conditions prevent gardening or exterior services
- Equipment failure prevents appliance repair services
Health & Medical
- Medical emergency prevents dental or therapy appointments
- Veterinary clinic equipment malfunction
- Health professional unavailability
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances for any service category:
User No-Show
- You fail to show up for scheduled appointments (beauty, dental, fitness, cleaning, etc.)
- You arrive significantly late and the service provider cannot accommodate the delay
- You are not available for home services at the scheduled time
Service Completed
- The service has been delivered and completed as booked
- You are dissatisfied with service quality (quality disputes should be resolved directly with the provider)
- Services like wedding planning, travel booking, or interior design consultations have been provided
Failure to Cancel
- You do not cancel within the specified timeframe for any service category
- Last-minute cancellations for services requiring preparation (spa treatments, event planning, etc.)
Policy Violations
- Booking cancelled due to violation of Venota's terms of service
- Inappropriate behavior towards any service provider
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Different service categories may have specific refund considerations:
Beauty & Personal Care
Refunds available for salon, spa, and barber shop cancellations made within policy timeframes
Health Services
Medical, dental, veterinary, and therapy appointments follow standard cancellation policies with emergency exceptions
Home Services
Cleaning, pest control, gardening, and repair services may have weather or access-related refund provisions
Fitness & Wellness
Gym sessions, fitness classes, and wellness appointments follow standard booking policies
Event Planning
Wedding planning and travel services may have extended cancellation periods due to advance planning requirements
